**The Opportunity**

We are looking for an accomplished Client Data and Reporting Analyst to join our Global Entity Services team as part of our financial services business in Montreal.

Our Montreal office exemplifies our culturally rich and entrepreneurial organisation, with over 300 colleagues from 50 countries collaborating to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients worldwide.- Ensuring data is maintained accurately, and in accordance with service agreements and protocols, through routine analysis using various tools to look for exceptions and issues across large data sets of entity and billing and revenue data;- Develop in-depth understanding of the data in order to alert stakeholders to areas of concern and proactively recommend process improvements.

**What You Bring**- The aptitude and commitment to continue to learn various IT platforms and additional software skills is essential.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, troubleshoot, and disseminate answers to business questions in concise form that represents findings/results from large datasets- This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual with well-developed critical thinking skills and possesses the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;-
- The individual must also be a self-starter who works well within a team, is energized by a continuous learning environment and possesses an ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines;- A University Degree or equivalent, preferably with a business or legal concentration. 1-2 years’ of experience in a professional services environment is preferred, however new graduates will be considered.- Strong written and verbal skills are required;- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required;- Working knowledge of Power Query, Word and Outlook is preferred;- The aptitude and commitment to continue to learn various IT platforms and additional software skills is essential;- Fluency in English is required.
