Inventory Administrator

Job Description: **Inventory Administrator** Richmond As the Inventory Administrator, you'll be the point person for onboarding new items and assets into our inventory system seamlessly. This involves collaborating with different departments to gather necessary documentation and requirements, accurately inputting item details, and conducting quality checks to ensure adherence to standards. You'll be responsible for tracking identifiers like serial numbers and barcodes, categorizing items, and liaising with the warehouse team for efficient storage. Effective communication with internal stakeholders and vendors is key, as you'll need to provide updates on new item availability and resolve any issues that may arise. Additionally, maintaining meticulous records and reports, monitoring inventory levels, and providing guidance and training to colleagues will be part of your daily responsibilities. We're seeking someone with a BC or Inter-provincial TQ in Industrial/Automotive Warehousing, or substantial experience in an industrial setting. Your background should encompass a blend of education, training, and hands-on experience.
