**Location**: Burnaby, BC
**Positions**: Full Time and Part-Time with Flexible Shifts (at least 1 weekend day a must)
**Pay**: $18-$27/hr (Base wage, profit share, and tips) with regular increases based on experience, responsibilities, and performance.

**Responsibilities as a Field Team Member**:

- **Customer Service**: WOW every customer with a friendly, positive attitude and exceptional service
- **Truck Operations**: Safely drive and load 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks with a team member (valid standard driver’s license required)
- **Junk Removal**: Heavy and light lifting for removing junk from residential and commercial locations (e.g., couches, chairs, appliances, recyclables, debris, yard, and garage junk)
- **Marketing**: Enthusiastically advocate for our brand
- **Sales**: Provide estimates to customers, educate them on safe disposal, recycling, and donation processes to minimize landfill impact
- **Safety**: Commit to the safe navigation and driving of trucks, and intelligent loading & unloading of customers’ belongings
- **Professional & Uniformed**: Represent 1-800-GOT-JUNK? with provided uniforms and gear (shirts, sweaters, coats, hats, gloves)

**Qualifications**:

- 18+ years of age
- A valid standard driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Availability to work at least one day on the weekends
- Reliable, hard-working, with a great attitude
- Able to lift 50lbs. repeatedly
- Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience is an asset but not required
