Motion Fitness Okotoks is looking for a reliable front desk representative for our opening shift. 4:30am - 11am Mon-Fri

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greeting and welcoming members and guests as they approach the front desk, answering members or guest questions and addressing complaints.
- Assist guests coming in for gym membership related inquiries and redirect them to the Membership Specialist.
- Assist incoming guest in filling the Non-Member Waiver while waiting for the Membership Specialist.
- Assist the Membership Specialist in processing membership into the member software when deemed necessary.
- Process Drop ins into software.
- Answering questions and addressing complaints.
- Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
- Replenish clean towels, tissues and refill sanitizing spray bottles as needed.
- Keep updated records, forms and files.
- Take up other duties as assigned (Tour guests, Pricing inquiries in case Membership Specialist is occupied or not on duty).

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**
- Must be highly motivated and energetic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- An understanding of health club operations
- Must be a team player, willing to cover or trade shifts when necessary

**SUPERVISION**:

- Supervision and training will be given by the Manager

**REQUIRED EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE**
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in customer service and sales is a requirement.
- Experience in a health club or the hospitality industry is preferred

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Involves standing for most of the working hours
