Inizio Engage est à la recherche d’un représentant de ventes pharmaceutique qui sera responsable de la vente de produits en pharmacie dans le territoire qui lui sera attribué. Cette personne devra faire preuve de persévérance et d’une volonté constante d’atteindre ou de surpasser ses objectifs mensuels. Il s’agit d’un contrat de 1 an.
- Le représentant pharmaceutique relèvera du gestionnaire régional des affaires.
- Principaux objectifs:
- Fournir une formation médicale en personne ou virtuellement (déjeuner/dîner-conférence, événement d’éducation continue en santé, conférence) pour les PSS (au besoin).-
- Développer des plans d’affaires stratégiques et une planification d’itinéraire du territoire afin de maximiser les occasions d’affaires.-
- Assurer la liaison et la collaboration avec les équipes interfonctionnelles de manière stratégique afin d’atteindre les objectifs fixés pour le territoire.-
- Gérer efficacement les dépenses et le budget pour stimuler les affaires.-
- Développer des plans complets et perspicaces pour les comptes clés, afin de construire, gérer et améliorer la relation de confiance avec les parties prenantes principales tout en maximisant les performances.-
- Effectuer quotidiennement des entrées dans le système de gestion des relations avec les clients (CRM) et d’autres tâches administratives pour gérer efficacement le territoire.-
- Participer à toutes les formations requises et les compléter avec succès.Spécifications du titulaire du poste:
- Diplôme universitaire exigé (diplôme en sciences ou en administration de préférence).-
- Maîtrise du Français de l’anglais (oral et écrit), Montréal seulement.-
- Expérience : Un (1+) an et plus de vente en commerce interentreprises (B2B) ou expérience en vente de produits pharmaceutiques.-
- Personne dynamique, enthousiaste et passionnée.-
- Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et organisationnelles.-
- Connaissances thérapeutiques en gastro-entérologie représentent un atout.-
- L’expérience dans le territoire est un atout.-
- Fort esprit de collaboration et expérience de travail avec des équipes interfonctionnelles.-
- Travailler de manière autonome et avoir l’esprit d’équipe.-
- Réussite avérée (performances gagnantes).-
- Sens aigu des affaires et compétences analytiques stratégiques.-
- Excellentes compétences en matière de présentation : Capacité manifeste à communiquer un message de manière articulée et professionnelle.-
- Flexibilité et capacité d’adaptation.-
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite.-
- Connaissances informatiques et maîtrise de Microsoft Office et Outlook.-

- Inizio Engage is looking for a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative who will be responsible to sell and drive awareness of the assigned product(s) among pharmacists in the assigned territory. This is an individual with persistence and a consistent drive to ensure their monthly objectives are met or exceeded. This is a 1 year contract.
- The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will be reporting into the Regional Business Manager.
- Key Objectives:
- Responsible for the assigned territory to represent client’s products in person to HCPs (mainly pharmacists), effectively communicating key selling messages about the product’s features, clinical benefits and safety information-
- Deliver medical education in person or virtually (lunch and learns / CHE events, conferences) for HCPs-
- Develop strategic business plans and territory routing plans to maximize business opportunities-
- Liaise and collaborate with cross-functional teams strategically to deliver on territory-
- Effectively manage expenses and budget to drive business-
- Develop comprehensive and insightful key account plans to build, manage and improve trustful relationships with key stakeholders whilst maximizing performance-
- Complete daily CRM entries and other administrative duties to effectively manage territory-
