**SUMMARY**

We are looking for someone that is self motivated and passionate to help others. Managing the customer service functions, including cash, supervising technicians and sales. Responsible for day to day transactions and overlooking the store operations are running smoothly.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES-**

As a Retail Store Supervisor Mr Lube you will be responsible for the following duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
- Assisting customers and giving briefs on various services provided at the store like oil changes,routine checks and other services provided.
- Assign duties to technicians and overlooking performances.
- Order merchandise based on inventory requirement.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and supply shortages/overloads.
- Establish work schedules, create quarter sales reports ensuring sale goals are met.
- Authorize return of merchandise and sanction other transections.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and supply shortages/overloads.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers and manage accordingly.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Fast-paced work environment.
- Customer Service Experience.
- Work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Lifting heavy loads.
- Strong interpersonal and communicating skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Standing for extended period of time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$23.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamilton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
