As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with construction, maintenance, and other projects. **Duties**:

- Assist with construction projects by carrying materials, operating machinery, and performing general labor tasks
- Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil to prepare for construction
- Assist with the installation of equipment or structures as directed by supervisors
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning tools and equipment
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
