We Watch Live was founded in 2021 with the goal of providing live remote video monitoring services to our clients and keep our communities safe. At We Watch Live, we use the latest technology to provide our clients with solutions to protect personnel and property. We provide a wide range of services, including security solutions at construction sites, commercial / retail businesses, industrial security solutions, and government.

**Overview of role**:

- Monitoring CCTV cameras and fire/alarm systems and reporting any suspicious activity
- Take incoming calls from the public, police and/or employees in a timely manner
- Coordinating with police, ambulance, fire departments as required
- Maintaining a detailed log after the end of each shift
- Producing ad hoc reports as required by various departments
- Conducting follow-up reviews with clients to ensure client satisfaction
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned

**Is this you?**
- You hold a valid BC security license
- You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment
- Occupational first aid level 1
- Previous experience monitoring multiple CCTV cameras simultaneously
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have proven time-management and organizational skills
- You must have resided in Canada for the last 3 years due to security clearance requirements

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
