Family owned and operated, Collingwood Toyota is looking to hire an Accounting Clerk.

Responsibilities and work experience would include:

- Daily preparations of cash receipts & bank deposit
- Accounts Payable
- Daily & monthly account reconciliations
- Ability to solve problems, discrepancy resolution
- Prepare sales deals for posting
- Processing, posting and reconciling of vendor invoices & payables
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Ability to multi-task, take direction
- Works well with others
- Assist controller with additional accounting duties

Minimum 2 years accounting experience

35-40 hours per week

Applicant must have reliable transportation, ability to sit, stand, climb stairs frequently, and be able to work independently with the ability to meet deadlines.

**Salary**: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (required)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
