Bdc Manager

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create, maintain, and measure the internet department and call center processes.
- Generate appointments and quotes through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential
- Daily Direct Follow-Ups with Customers
- Review all incoming sales phone leads and Internet leads and follow up with customers directly.
- Create daily reports and analyze customer objections (unsold prospects).
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports on traffic, appointments, conversations, closing ratios, etc.
- Train and mentor BDC members.
- Promote and participate in ongoing training, including daily and weekly sales team meetings.
- Attend department and management meetings as required.
- Accurately desk and formulate new and used vehicle deals
- Monitor the CRM system and make sure all data and notes are up-to-date.
- Achieve various new and used targets and KPIs while maintaining exceptional CSI.
- Assist with the resolution of customer issues with purchased vehicles.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- minimum 3-year experience in a car dealership;
- Minimum 2-year experience in dealership BDC
- Minimum 2- years experience in call centers.
- superior oral and written communication skills;
- outstanding organizational abilities;
- Valid OMVIC License
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License
