Florists Supply provides a variety of high quality, ethically sourced products to florists, independent and mass market retailers.

We are seeking a full-time Branch Manager to grow and manage our newest branch in Cambridge, ON. This highly organized and motivated individual will lead our Branch in customer service, sales, and general branch administration. Growth-oriented, ability to multi-task, and reliability are essential.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Branch staffing including hiring.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and in turn growing sales in eastern Canada.
- Following up new customer leads.
- Providing feedback on competitor pricing and customer product requests.
- Ensure customer payments regularly posted and deposited. Assist with follow-up of overdue accounts when required.
- Regular submission of invoices to be paid by Head Office.
- Maintaining branch warehouse and office equipment.
- Overseeing branch inventory including organizing annual inventory count.
- Assisting in the development of annual Branch Budget.
- Attending monthly and annual management meetings.
- Managing local service provider relationships including freight companies and office services.
- Creating and maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.
- Attend industry events such as Trade Shows and Conferences when requested.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Three to Five Years of Management Experience preferably in the areas of customer service and/or sales.
- Highly detail-oriented and disciplined, with strong analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with a team.
- Enthusiastic and goal-driven with exceptional ability to multi-task.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and embraces new technology.
- Knowledge of SAGE 300 an asset.
- Experience in the floral industry an asset.
- Post-secondary Diploma or Degree in Business an asset but not required.

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
