We’re growing and looking to add a **Cabinet Maker** who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a quality-focused team.

**Position Overview**

We’re hiring a **Cabinet Maker** to join our production team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assembling custom cabinetry using CNC-cut components, verifying parts against technical drawings, preparing units for finishing, and occasionally building one-off solid wood furniture pieces.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review CNC-cut parts for accuracy based on drawings and cut lists
- Assemble cabinetry (boxes, gables, drawers, face frames, etc.) using proper joinery and techniques
- Prep cabinets and components for finishing (sanding, inspecting, minor touch-ups)
- Build occasional custom furniture or millwork from solid wood using shop tools
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Communicate with the team to flag issues or discrepancies with cut parts or drawings
- Follow internal build processes to maintain consistency and quality

**Required Qualifications**
- **3+ years of experience** in cabinet making or custom woodworking
- Strong understanding of cabinet construction, joinery, and part identification
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and plans
- Skilled in the use of woodworking machinery and hand tools
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing top-tier quality work
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and with a team

**Preferred Assets**
- Experience working in a CNC-based production environment
- Familiarity with Cabinet Vision or other cabinet design software (asset)
- Solid wood furniture building experience is a bonus
- Valid driver’s license
