**Position**: Digital Marketing Manager

**Compensation Details**:

- Marketing Generalist 17 : Salaries typically range from $83,037 to $110,717 annually, based on qualifications and experiences, plus a performance-based incentive.

**Location**:

- This role can be performed from EDC’s headquarters in Ottawa or from one of our Community Hubs located in Toronto, or, Montreal.

**Team Overview**:
As EDC aims to be the leader in helping all Canadian exporters go, grow and succeed internationally, the marketing team has an ambitious agenda to deepen exporter engagement through digital capabilities and insights-based marketing programs. The marketing team is seeking an individual contributor to accelerate its digital program, with a focus on SEM, to increase awareness of EDC and our products and solutions across current and potential Canadian exporters.

**What you will be doing**:

- Develop, implement, and manage SEM campaigns across various search engines (Google, Bing, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create compelling ad copy and landing pages.
- Manage budget allocation and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEM and digital marketing.
- Perform A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with search engine guidelines and industry standards.
- Develop, implement and manage digital campaigns to promote the organization's products and services across various channels (digital & traditional) that drive awareness, engagement, and ultimately result in lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing SEM campaigns with a strong track record of success.
- Proficiency in SEM tools and platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
