- Ability to lift 60 lbs. consistently throughout the day.

**About the Opportunity**

This position is responsible for carrying out a high standard of work relating to the Property Maintenance division at Seasonal Impact. This work includes but is not limited to, mowing grass, trimming grass, weeding, debris/garbage removal, hedge cutting, weed spraying, plant maintenance, watering, snow removal, and assisting other departments as needed. Crew Leaders are also responsible for the onsite training of crew members & lead hands.
- Completing jobs on-site using hand tools and powered equipment safely and efficiently
- Drive crew truck with an attached trailer
- Complete daily schedule according to the budget
- Provide daily instructions to the crew

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB T6P 1J6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- property maintenance: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 License (required)
