Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Advisor to join our team. As a Business Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to Franchisee's. Your primary goal will be to help businesses achieve their objectives and drive growth through strategic planning, process improvement, and effective leadership.

**Duties**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of cafes to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic plans tailored to each locations unique needs and goals
- Provide guidance on business development strategies, including market analysis, customer acquisition, and sales techniques
- Ensuring timely completion of deliverables and effective resource allocation
- Collaborate with store teams to identify and resolve operational challenges
- Offer expertise in process improvement, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions for increased productivity and revenue growth.
- Provide leadership training and mentorship to franchise owners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide relevant advice and recommendations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Business Advisor or similar role
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of various market dynamics
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
- Proficient in sales techniques and business development strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies

Pay: $45,270.95-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

- Richmond, BC V6W 1J8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 3 years (preferred)
