As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all Digital Marketing initiatives while managing and growing Robbox’s online presence with a focus on the North American Market.
- **Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to)**_
- Develop a social media strategy to increase community and connection across all relevant platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Create original content in the form of photos and videos while maintaining an updated content calendar for all channels on a weekly basis
- Create graphics and other necessary company marketing material
- Manage community engagement and collect/curate user generated content
- Collaborate with the executive team to create and optimize social media advertising campaigns
- Take photos and videos to share across all social channels
- Provide community support and respond to all inbound messages, comments, and inquiries
- Utilize analytics to create details reports based on post types and present to executive team
- Conduct a monthly social media audit and proactively identify opportunities based on trends and observations
- **Requirements**_
- 2+ Years of managing social channels for consumer brands
- Strong understanding with content editing tools (Eg. Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience with Social Media Channels
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- **Bonus Qualifications**_
- Some understanding of the power tool industry and community
- Strong skills with creating short-form video
- Creativity
- Customer Service Experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
