**Service Manager - Dr HVAC**

- **EXPECTATIONS**_

You probably already know the basics of the role. Dr HVAC expects a hands-on, work on, and continuous improvement drive from our executives.
- Reports directly to the owner to develop a strategic plan to drive revenue.
- Daily one-on-one coaching with the service team to review, refine and make them succeed. Their success is your success.
- Review of the daily service schedule to ensure execution with zero call-backs.
- Manage the relationship between cost effectiveness and profit generation while planning sales deliverables.
- Mentor and develop the service team to ensure appropriate sales and quality metrics.
- **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**_
- Experience in a Service Manager or other supervising role is desired but not required.
- Knowledge of the HVAC/Plumbing industry is desired but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
