**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service
- Attending all designated patrols and completing full site patrol
- Be on specific time on given site as per the schedule
- Inspect client property against, fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal activity
- Remove unauthorized person from the property
- Scheduled lock ups and unlocks doors at certain hours
- Responds to alarms
- Observe and write daily reports of events that occur on site

**Requirements**:

- Personal mode of Transport is MUST. (Reliable Car).**_
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong observational / situational awareness skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Maintain a good rapport with all clients on different sites.
- Willingness to work independently and unsupervised.
- Handle all incidents in a professional and calm demeanor.
- Effective action when issues arise
- Exceptional customer service and Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Able to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures of each site

**Mandatory License and Certifications**:

- Valid Provincial Security Guard License (BST).

**Experience**:
Security experience is required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
