**CANDIDATE SUMMARY**:
The Project Manager reports directly to their Office Manager & President. Along with being highly organized, you have great time management skills and detail abilities to ensure all documentation is correctly completed.
**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Advanced communication skills, written and verbal, able to compose and edit correspondence for grammar, content and accuracy, actively listen and ask questions when appropriate.
- Complete assigned projects promptly, efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Possess a high level of self-confidence and demonstrate the ability to take initiative.
- Ensure client satisfaction with company services/communication
- Focuses on the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with Millennium’s vision.
- Complete and check all safety paperwork and all necessary documentation required by management.
- Follow drawings provided for the build by sales team and take clear instruction from Supervisors.
- Discusses needs with customer; understands and promotes products and services relevant to each customer in relation to the customer's home and own business objectives.
- Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue; ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner while maintaining excellent customer relations; responds to client's needs with a sense of urgency.
- Maintains strong knowledge of new and existing products in the market and new developments; understands current competitive conditions within the marketplace.
- Build company brand - Participating in trade shows, home and garden show, conventions and networking events.
**SKILLS, CHARACTERISTICS & COMPETENCIES**:
- MUST: Value and work towards constant Self-Development (required)
- MUST: Coachable (required)
- MUST: Clean abstract and valid driver's license (required)
- MUST: Motivated, loves to sell and have a passion for all aspects of the landscaping / fencing / building industry and culture (Most valued characteristics within organization)
MUST: pass an Alberta background check.
- Avid reader in your field of profession and self-improvement (MAJOR asset)
- Direct tool and fence building experience working with homeowners and large construction accounts (asset)
- People skills; effective team player with strong communication (verbal & written) and listening skills; sociable, reliable, honest, accountable, tidy and organized.
- Drive for results and ability to turn a customer from good to great.
- Strong time and resource management skills along with organizational skills; ability to prioritize and quickly respond to customer requests.
- Passionate, can execute, has edge, is positive, mature, resilient, visionary, authentic.
