The UPS Store is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, and ensuring the store runs smoothly. You will assist customers with their shipping and printing needs, promote our services to increase sales, and help maintain a clean and organized store environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Process and package shipments according to UPS policies and procedures.

Operate various types of office equipment, including copiers, printers, and computers.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing customer inquiries.

Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Achieve sales goals by promoting and upselling our services.

Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Schooling in English medium is required.

1-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

**Typing skills are required.**

Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 50 lbs.).

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
