**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, especially for technology-related items
- Engage in upselling strategies to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain merchandising standards, including product displays and inventory organization
- Provide knowledgeable assistance on product specifications, technical details, and usage instructions
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Support store operations by managing stock levels, organizing merchandise, and ensuring cleanliness of the sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve overall store performance

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or technology sales preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
- Familiarity with merchandising, product demos, and upselling techniques
- Ability to operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service with phone etiquette and professionalism
- Knowledge of retail products, especially technology items, is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if required
