**Job Summary Statement**:
**Essential Functions & Responsibilities**:
- Administration and technical support of IT requirements, including network, desktop and notebook operating systems, hardware and software, telecommunication, voice/data, smart devices, cell phones, printers, copiers/scanners.
- Perform all functions and responsibilities in conjunction with company policy and procedure.
- Provide first and second level support for users.
- Assist with the implementation of network software as required.
- Administer Brimich’s VoIP phone system
- Install, configure, and maintain the following devices: notebooks/tablets/desktop, cellular devices, desk phones, printers, faxes, photocopier/scanning machines.
- Maintain an inventory of installed software, hardware, and licensing.
- Administer user accounts and manage access control, based on company policies in an Active Directory environment.
- Lead user training and the creation of instruction manuals as required.
- On-call availability for off-hours as required and willingness to travel to various company locations as required.

- You are able to effectively explain complex technical issues and technologies to a variety of skill levels.
- You can clearly communicate in both oral and written form.
**Education & Training Requirements**
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology
- A minimum of 1 year of current experience in an IT role where you provided frontline support to end users.
- Demonstrated experience with the following: Active Directory admin, Microsoft 365, Windows Server admin, Virtualization, Virus, Firewall, Troubleshooting / Installation / Config of network, software, hardware (including wireless and RF handheld devices), network switching / VLAN management.
- Experience in the Warehousing and Logistics industry is desirable.
