**Sales Responsibilities**
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Provide product/service information to potential and existing customers.
- Assist customers in selecting products or services that meet their needs.
- **Order Management**:

- Process sales orders and track their status.
- Ensure timely delivery or fulfillment of customer orders.
- Handle returns, exchanges, or complaints professionally.
- **Sales Support**:

- Prepare quotes, proposals, or presentations for clients.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and quotas.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.
- Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
- Provide insights to improve sales strategies.

**Administrative Responsibilities**
- **General Office Tasks**:

- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- **Documentation and Filing**:

- Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
- Prepare and manage documentation such as contracts, invoices, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Data Management**:

- Input and update customer information in databases or CRM systems.
- Compile and analyze data for internal reports.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors.
- Coordinate travel arrangements or logistics for team members.
- Assist with project management or ad hoc tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
