AMANST Inc. is looking for **IMT Management Consultant **for a contract opportunity with Alberta Government.

**Description of Services**
- Can span activities related to information management and technology strategic planning, project definition, program communication, providing leadership to project teams, facilitating strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, conducting business process reengineering activities and facilitating executive discussions on strategic matters.
- Works with Senior and Executive Management in the Ministry to:
- Identify and advance information management and technology strategies that advance and/or support our core business in strategic areas.
- Facilitate collaboration of public sector, private industry, and other partners to identify and advance opportunities to improve existing services and/or identify, develop and advance opportunities for new and innovative information management and technology related services.
- Facilitate and manage the challenges associated with innovation and change.
**Mandatory Skills**:
- Experience in the Data Governance discipline, including in governance in relation to data sharing, de-identification, metadata, data quality, ethics, synthetic data, data literacy, data linkage and data integration.
- Experience with either Data Governance or information management.
- Experience in project management
- Experience providing consultation and support to clients at all levels of an organization.
- Experience in the development and implementation of data governance standards, processes, and mechanisms to enable the ministry to manage information through its entire lifecycle.
- Proposed resource must have own computer equipment and be comfortable using it for completion of work required by this contract.

- DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
- Data Governance and Stewardship Professional (DGSP)
- Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT)
- Information Governance Professional certification (IGP)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- TOGAF 9 Professional Certification
- Open Group Certified Architect (Open CA)
- Experience with data marts, data warehousing, BI tools, etc.
- Experience with relational databases and data architecture
- Experience with data privacy concepts
- Experience with data management tools (e.g. data governance tools, BI, analytics, big data, data visualization, etc.)
- Do you have related Canadian education (e.g. certificate, diploma or degree) or your foreign credentials certified by Immigration Canada, IQAS or any accreditation acceptable to the Government of Canada or Alberta?
