About the Role:
As we continue to expand our global presence and invest in product-led growth, we are looking for a Global VP of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy, scale demand generation and build a high-performance team.
This is a Senior Leadership role working as a part of the management team, overseeing a distributed global marketing team in Canada and offshore. The Global VP of Marketing will own our full marketing funnel, including strategic planning, content oversight, brand development, campaign performance, SEO and developer engagement, and will have the support of a VP of Marketing in Canada as well as with the offshore Inbound Marketing team.
You will work closely with the CEO, Sales, Marketing, Product and R&D to craft data-driven strategies that drive growth across markets, channels, and developer ecosystems.
Location: This is a hybrid role based in Vancouver, and you will be working 3 days in our Gastown office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), and the other 2 days from home.
**What You’ll Do**:
Strategic & Team Leadership
- Define and execute a cohesive global marketing strategy that aligns with business and revenue goals
- Define and create a clear and executable roadmap to expand market reach and brand visibility
- Drive developer-led growth strategies for SDKs and APIs
- Lead a distributed team of 9 direct and indirect marketing team members across the globe
- Align marketing initiatives with sales, product and content teams
- Hire, onboarding and coach team members as the function scales
Content, Messaging and Campaign Oversight
- Guide messaging and campaign execution for key audiences
- Shape content around product releases, developer tutorials and case studies
- Elevate Dynamsoft’s brand visibility across communities, industry media and developer ecosystems
- Partner with external vendors as needed
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Lead the team that monitors inbound performance using GA4, Power BI and HubSpot
- Lead optimization of trial funnels, lead generation and conversion flows
**What You’ll Bring**:
- 8 - 15 years in B2B marketing, with a focus on SaaS or software industry
- Deep understanding of technical product marketing, where you can translate complex features into meaningful positioning
- Proven experience with SEO strategy, content architecture, and developer-focused content
- Proven experience marketing to a developer audience and/or developer-led growth
- Hands-on experience with analytics and tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, HubSpot, Power BI)
- Strong command of funnel metrics (signups, downloads, activation, retention)
- Comfort and experience working across global teams and asynchronous environments
- Experience in developer-first and product-led growth organizations
