Now, we’re looking for our next Rockstar Information Technology Coordinator—someone who isn’t just looking for their next job, but who’s ready to take on a mission that means something.

**WHO YOU ARE**

You would be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving an organization's IT infrastructure and systems.

You have a Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

Professional Certifications: Certifications like ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or CISM would be assets

Experience: Practical experience in IT roles like IT support, system administration, or project management is essential.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
Troubleshooting and Support

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, providing timely assistance to users.

Educate users on proper use of IT resources, develop and maintain documentation for systems and procedures.

Monitor system performance, identify potential problems, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality.

Maintain records of hardware, software, and licenses, ensuring proper tracking and management of assets.

Project Support:
Assist with IT-related projects, including implementation and testing of new systems or upgrades.

Coordinate with stakeholders, communicating technical information and ensuring smooth workflows.

Participate in security audits, implement security measures, and ensure compliance with security protocols.

Hardware/Software Evaluation:
Research and evaluate new hardware and software, making recommendations to the leadership team.

Maintain up-to-date documentation for IT systems, procedures, and best practices.

Contribute to the development of IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to standards.

On-Call Support:
May be required to provide on-call support for critical IT issues, potentially outside of regular work hours.

**YOU BRING**
- Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting, networking, hardware/software installation, and system administration.
- Proficiency with Shopify programming
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, and to collaborate with others.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems and to analyze system performance.
- Organizational and Administrative Skills: Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of IT Systems and Technologies: Understanding of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems.

Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Ability to adapt to changing technologies and to continuously learn new skills.
