**Introduction**:
Hollingsgate Recruitment is in search of a Professional Services Manager for a well-established client in Waterloo’s Managed IT Services sector. This role offers the chance to lead a vital business unit, ensure exceptional service delivery, and cultivate strong client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive the Professional Services team to surpass billable hour goals, optimize resource use, and boost revenue while ensuring accountability.
- Rapidly pinpoint and eliminate hindrances to productivity, facilitating swift and effective completion of IT projects.
- Govern the project lifecycle, aligning with both client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Maintain open, accountable communication through routine team and client meetings.
- Serve as the central liaison among VCIOs, the Design Desk, and various stakeholders to meet both project and corporate aims.
- Influence departmental and organizational expansion through active participation in leadership and strategic discussions.
- Manage financial aspects of the division, crafting strategies for growth and efficiency while overseeing fiscal accountability.
