**Personal Lines Team Leader**

**What the day will look like**
- Motivate and coach team members to meet established team and individual targets in sales, service standards, productivity and quality
- Lead the recruitment and development of the Prairies-based Sales team including training, performance management, coaching and administration of human resource policies
- Provide guidance and feedback to team to enhance product/service skills and knowledge.
- Help drive sales results by supporting and executing initiatives that will increase sales opportunities within the Personal Lines team.
- Help promote and grow our Personal Lines Group programs.
- Obtaining new business through existing clients, client referrals, targeted campaigns and Aon client network and placement with appropriate insurance market
- Maintain
- knowledge of industry and company’s products and services and work with the markets to have solutions for the teams
- Respond both strategically and tactically to changes in the market, competition, business goals and strategies as required
- Handle customer inquiries, responding verbally or in writing to escalated calls, thereby ensuring mutually agreeable outcome
- Monitor team members’ calls and provide feedback to management regarding quality, ratings and comments received
- Determine short
- and long-term staffing schedules with the team
- Manage phone queues to ensure established service levels are met or exceeded

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Proven success in leading, developing and growing a team in a high-change environment
- Charismatic, motivational and coaching-focused leadership style
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Commerce or similar area of focus is a definite asset
- 3+ years’ experience in Home and Auto Personal Lines insurance preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, multiple projects and frequent change while maintaining a positive attitude
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Process orientation with the flexibility to adjust or change course as needed
- Proven ability to both develop new business and deepen existing client relationships
- Valid AIC license is a requirement; relevant certifications such as CIP and CAIB are assets
- Knowledge of EPIC broker management system a definite asset
