**Janitorial Supervisor**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff in their daily tasks.
- Train and onboard new janitorial team members.
- Replace staff in the event of illness, holidays, etc.
- Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or emergencies.
- Perform floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning tasks.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following all safety guidelines.
- Other duties as required by the company.
- Inspect facilities regularly to ensure they meet cleanliness and safety standards.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
- Reports to Area Operations Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial services.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Professional work attitude.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Some computer abilities required.
- Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A clear criminal background check and the ability to pass security screening.
- Physically fit and able to manage various contract environments.

**Rate of Pay**:Starts at $24.00/hr

**Benefits**:

- Mileage paid outside your home area
- Benefits paid after 6 months on staff

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (required)
- Commercial cleaning: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence with vehicle (required)

Work Location: On the road
