As a Host at Verace, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. You’ll manage reservations, greet guests with a warm welcome, and ensure that the dining area runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage reservations and maintain the seating chart.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.
- Coordinate with the waitstaff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support restaurant operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory (min 2 years)
- Knowledge of Opentable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing great customer service.
