**Job Overview**
As a District Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales for our company by contacting potential and existing customers via phone. You will be expected to understand customer needs, present our products effectively, answer questions, address concerns, and generate orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions, as well as working towards individual and team sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a customer-focused approach

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to obtain orders of our products.
- Engage in inside sales activities by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Document all interactions with clients

**Skills**
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- **Persuasion**: Ability to influence and convince customers to make purchases.
- **Active Listening**: Ability to pay close attention to customer needs and concerns.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to address customer issues and find solutions.
- **Sales Skills**: Understanding of sales techniques, such as lead generation, objection handling, and closing deals.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adjust to different customer personalities and communication styles.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
