The**Online Store coordinator, is responsible for the overall operations of an online store environment and has many important responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of their store. Their duties include day to day operation, creating and organising tasks ensuring that the store is meeting its sales targets.Store coordinator duties and responsibilities**

**In order to excel in their role,the Store coordinator will take on a variety of duties and responsibilities. These may vary depending on the store, and they may delegate some duties to others. Most importantly, a Store coordinator watches over the store and is in charge for the day to day operation. Some of their duties and responsibilities include**:

- **experience in managing online website, website SEO, increase exposure and visibility on the web. Degrees/ Qualifications**:

- **Creating and developing branding materials**:

- **Assist Amazon/ shopify team in product uploading, fixing violations and answer messages.**:

- **Providing graphic designs for company portfolio, website, presentation slides, and marketing materials**:

- **Updating website product and pricing listing**:

- **Improving social media platform visits and visibility**:

- **Participate in projects and marketing administration**:

- **Developing educational videos from slides for company social media and events**:

- **Assisting company CEO in administration**:

- **Creating promotions for the store, or visual merchandising store windows**

**What does an Online Store coordinator do?**

**A Store coordinator oversees the operations of an online store. She / he is responsible for the store’s success, particularly with making sales and ensuring that sales staff are trained. A Store coordinator may be responsible for ensuring that the store is organised. They will often need to resolve issues that customers may have with online orders.**

**Online Store coordinator skills and qualifications**
- Basic accounting and budgeting
- Understanding of marketing tactics
- Being friendly and easy-going to excel in a customer service environment
- Ability to be a reliable leader of the store and its staff
- Managing analyses of key performance criteria
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe design software, Microsoft office, and video creator apps, Shopify, Amazon seller place
- Great attitude and communication skills in English
- Team player and detail oriented person

**Store coordinator experience requirements**
- At least 1 year work experience in similar position preferred
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
- Strong experience in store operation management and customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

- French not required

- 8 hour shift
