**Job Summary**:
ICEAP/Kingsway Academy is seeking an experienced and bilingual **Online OSSD Program Manager** to lead the development and delivery of our Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) program in partnership with Chinese schools.

This position plays a critical role in setting up and managing our online learning platform, coordinating with Chinese partner schools, training local classroom teachers, and ensuring that our OSSD program meets Ontario Ministry of Education standards while adapting to the Chinese teaching environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Platform Setup & Content Delivery**:

- Select, set up, and manage the online learning platform for OSSD course delivery.
- Upload, organize, and manage OSSD course materials in accordance with Ontario curriculum expectations.
- Coordinate updates, grading tools, and tracking features for student progress.
- **Program Coordination**:

- Serve as the main point of contact between ICEAP/Kingsway and Chinese partner schools.
- Monitor course progress and provide academic support in collaboration with behind-the-scenes OSSD teachers in Canada.
- Maintain records of student performance and ensure course delivery is Ministry-compliant.
- **Teacher Training & Support**:

- Train and support Chinese in-class teachers who deliver OSSD courses locally.
- Provide guidance on lesson planning, grading, and classroom management that aligns with OSSD standards.
- Ensure Chinese instructors understand and follow assessment policies and reporting procedures.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Oversee academic integrity and consistency across partner schools.
- Support internal/external audits or inspections by Ontario education authorities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Strong understanding of Ontario OSSD program requirements and online learning models
- Experience with online platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Brightspace, Google Classroom)
- Ability to manage cross-cultural education partnerships
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Native or fluent **Chinese (Mandarin)** speaker with **strong English communication** skills
- Experience training or supervising teachers is a strong asset
- Familiarity with Chinese high school environment and expectations is preferred

**Salary**:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Includes benefits and potential travel allowance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $33,100.00-$108,156.57 per year
