The **Tool Associate/Coordinator**is a great position for anyone looking to work in Shop environment, but also work a bit administratively through tracking software. This position also works closely with each of our project sites through communication platforms.
- This is a great opportunity for someone that likes to work half days, or split shifts. It can be someone that does have a bit of tool knowledge and experience, or someone that is slowing down in their career but loves to work in a warehouse environment, surrounded by power tools_

This position reports directly to our 10 year tenured Shop Foremen who continues to rise above the rest, and continues to grow and develop our Shop processes and overall Team development

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to**:

- Ensure Tool Crib is properly stocked and maintained
- Prepare Tool orders for next day delivery
- Request Supplier Quotes for New Tool Purchases
- Communication with site foreman and project managers regarding tools
- Keep tool inventory accurate in system (Asset Panda)
- Tool maintenance (clean, label, test, repair, etc)
- Shipping and receiving of Tools
- Minor Vehicle Maintenance (wiper blade, lights, etc)
- Create Tool Inspection schedules
- Assist in Warehouse Inventory Management
- Ad-hoc Projects

**Required Skills**:

- High School Diploma
- Valid G level Driver License
- Basic knowledge of mechanical/plumbing is an asset
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Must be self-motivated, have leadership, planning and organizational skills
- Must be comfortable to work in new software’s
- Excellent Communication skills written and verbal
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Excellent Team Player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
