We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join our Ottawa branch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is looking to grow into a leadership position. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, supporting field technicians, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system
- Prepare and stage materials for field technicians and project teams
- Coordinate deliveries and shipments with vendors and logistics partners
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety standards
- Assist with cycle counts and audits
- Collaborate with the operations team to forecast material needs
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role (fire protection or construction industry is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift certification is an asset)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license
