Unique opportunity to join an established restaurant group as a Restaurant Manager
The Company
We are a well established and successful hospitality company with over 25 years in the premium casual dining scene.
This modern, neighborhood 100 seat restaurant and bar features a menu with a modern twist to classic North American cuisine along with inspiring and global dishes. We are looking for our Restaurant Manager to contribute to the development of this concept.

Job Summary
Plan, organize, coordinate and direct site operations
Accurately and competently record monthly inventory; prepares and submits weekly liquour and dry goods orders
Assist in management of social media, advertising and marketing
Responsible for hiring, training and scheduling FOH staff
Implement seasonal cocktail lists
Competently perform bar and service roles, when required
Work closely with the Chef in menu planning objectives
Build a community/neighborhood following
**Qualifications**:
Possess a minimum of 5 - 7 years previous bar and restaurant experience, 2 years in a management role.
