GENERAL SUMMARY
Assurer la livraison en temps opportun des colis à des clients prédéterminés sur des routes précises, examiner les commandes avant la livraison, charger et décharger le véhicule et fournir à la clientèle un service exceptionnel.

Possibilités de quarts de travail flexibles (les paramètres relatifs aux heures mínimales et maximales et aux jours de travail seront déterminés en fonction des besoins opérationnels).

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Post Secondary:

- High school diploma/educational equivalent.

Professional accreditation/certification:

- Have a valid driver’s license or provincial graduated license.

Related Experience Requirements

Minimum number of years required for entry to this job
- None
- One (1) year customer oriented business experience preferred

Amount of time required to learn or adjust to the job
- 3 months

Other specific mandatory experience requirements
- In the province of Quebec, must be bilingual (French and English)

Technical Skill Requirements

Solid knowledge of the following:
Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training

Ability to successfully complete all basic and re-currency training

Ability to lift 70 lbs

Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations an asset.

Interpersonal Skill Requirements

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Good time management and organizational skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a highly pressured environment

Formation

Postsecondaire:

- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou scolarité équivalente.

Certificats et titres professionnels:

- Doit avoir un permis G complet valide / permis de conduire de classe 5

Expérience

Nombre d’années minimum pour occuper ce poste
- Aucune
- Un (1) an d’expérience dans le domaine du service à la clientèle

Délai requis pour se familiariser avec la tâche et s’y adapter
- 3 mois

Autre expérience obligatoire
- Dans la province de Québec, doit être bilingue (français et anglais)

Compétences techniques

Solide connaissance de ce qui suit:

- Atteindre la note de passage à l’évaluation des conducteurs avant l’embauche.
- Capacité de réussir toutes les formations de base et de recyclage.
- Capacité de soulever 70 lb
- Une certaine connaissance des activités de Federal Express Canada est un atout.

Relations interpersonnelles
- Bien maîtriser les relations humaines et la communication.
- Bonne maîtrise de la gestion du temps et de l’organisation
- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle
- Capacité de mener plusieurs tâches de front, de surmonter le stress et de travailler sous haute pression.
