Traffic Control Supervisor/lane Closure Technician

We are looking for a full-time **Traffic Control Supervisor/Lane Closure Technician** for a worksite in **Surrey/Delta**.

This position will also be expected to aid in business development effort by delivering quality service and through business promotion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform risk assessment and handle road closure assignments independently
- Maintain documentation as required by applicable laws and regulations
- Coordinate with WorkSafeBC and other regulatory authorities for compliance
- Direct traffic and ensure the safe and efficient flow of vehicles
- Set up and remove traffic control devices such as cones, barricades, and signs
- Monitor traffic conditions and adjust traffic control measures as needed
- Expand traffic control business for the organization

**Skills**:

- Ability to build and dismantle traffic control devices
- Adept at reading and interpreting Traffic Management Plans
- Highly conversant with laws and regulations pertaining to traffic control

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
