Lane Closure Technician

2EZ Traffic is looking for experienced Lane Closure Technicians. LCTs will be responsible for maintaining order and safety in construction zones, ensuring the well-being of both road users and construction workers. LCTs must be alert at all times to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of both workers and motorists. Effective communication is crucial. LCTs must convey clear and concise instructions to drivers and construction workers to avoid confusion and potential hazards. LCTs must adapt to changing conditions, such as weather and traffic volume, to maintain a safe environment.

You must have a Class 5 drivers licence and provide a drivers abstract.

As a Lane Closure Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of roadwork zones by implementing and managing lane closures. Reporting to the Traffic Control Supervisor, your role is critical in maintaining safe traffic flow and protecting both workers and motorists. You will utilize core skills in traffic management and safety protocols, while your premium skills in communication and problem-solving will enhance your effectiveness in this position. Pay: $25.00-$31.00 per hour
