**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee invoicing processes and ensure timely billing to clients
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform job costing and track project expenses
- Handle purchase orders and vendor communications
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Maintain organized financial records and assist with reporting
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related administrative role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and vendors
