**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary BCBA to lead the design and execution of cutting-edge behavioural programs. We are looking for someone who can become a leader and drive new innovative initiatives within our organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to mentor therapists, drive innovation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to achieve exceptional client outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA programs tailored to client needs.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and functional behaviour analyses.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Behaviour Therapist Assistants and support staff.
- Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
- Offer direct consultation and training to clients, families, and caregivers.
- Implement evidence-based instructional procedures and training curriculums (e.g., DTT, AIM, PEAK, EFL, AFLS, VB-MAPP).
- Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and effective care.
- Stay current with research and best practices to enhance program effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, industry standards, and provincial legislation (e.g., PHIPA, Services and Supports to Promote the Social Inclusion of Persons with Developmental Disabilities Act, 2008).
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Certification: Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, high-risk behaviours, dual diagnoses, or mental health challenges.
- Technical Skills & Knowledge:

- Proficiency in conducting functional behaviour assessments (FBA) and developing behaviour intervention plans (BIP).
- Experience using instructional procedures and training curriculums such as DTT, AIM, PEAK, EFL, AFLS, and VB-MAPP.
- Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
- Leadership & Soft Skills:

- Experience designing ABA programs and leading clinical teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for effective collaboration.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
- Other Requirements:

- Valid G-class Ontario driver’s license with reliable and insured transportation.
- Current and clear Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while adhering to a structured schedule.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in an additional language is considered an asset.
