**YOUR NEW CHALLENGE**
We are looking for an expert of customer service who is interested in sports and outdoor equipment and apparel. The customer service representative is the first contact for the customers of our brands’ e-commerce websites.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customers’ questions for all our brands (your chance to work with renowned brands such as Swix, Julbo, Therm-ic, Vuarnet, Harricana/Canadian Hat, Slugger Slow Pitch, Nivo, Sligo and more)
- Work with products and brands managers to become an expert of our products
- Solve customers
- issues.
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives and logistic team.
- Bring your inputs on improvement opportunities based on customers’ feedbacks.
**QUALITIES OF OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Previous experience in a customer service position.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Bilingualism French & English is a must.
- Comfortable using MS Office (word, excel, outlook).
- Being a key team player.
- Knowledge of SAP, an asset.
- Knowledge and a passion for sports, the outdoors and, related products is a strong asset.
