Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman or Lead Hand to join the Jones Outdoor Living team. As a Foreman or Lead Hand, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of landscape construction projects. You will work closely with the designer or Foreman and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

**Duties**:

- Read and interpret construction plans
- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews
- Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with project manager to develop project schedules and budgets
- Utilize construction management software, such a LMN, to track project details and communicate with team members
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control standards are met
- Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a leadership role within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of reading construction plans
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and cost control measures
- Familiarity with quality control procedures in construction projects

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
