**Pest Solutions Technician**

Our business goal is to provide safe and effective Pest Related services to our Residential, Commercial, Institutional, and Industrial Clients in Kingston and Quinte areas. You will be a part of an All-Star team with the opportunity for growth and flexibility.

Solace Pest Solutions seeks skilled individuals to provide Pest and Wildlife Services

**Position Type**: Full-time

**Schedule Type**: Monday to Friday Day Shifts, Scheduled On-Call

**Salary**: $42 - $55K per year + Commissions

- Rodent and wildlife control
- “Pest proofing” repair work on homes and buildings
- Insect control
- Provide estimates for custom jobs
- Install bird prevention devices
- Perform pest related clean-ups
- Regular use of a variety of hand and power tools
- Regular work performed on ladders, roofs and in confined spaces
- Regularly solicit business from new potential clients
- Gather reviews from happy customers
- Maintain communication with our great customers and office
- Provide excellent customer service

- Have a Post-Secondary Diploma or equivalent
- Be Able to pass the Ontario Exterminator License Exam
- Enjoy putting people at ease and solving their problems
- Valid Drivers License with Clean Abstract
- Be able to work independently
- Have flexibility with hours
- Ability to Lift 50lbs
- Prior work with Wildlife or Insect Pests an asset
- Be able to work at heights or in confined spaces
- Be able to pass a criminal background check
