**Responsibilities**:

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing debris from lawns and walkways.
- Utilize hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners for various gardening tasks.
- Operate power tools safely and efficiently for tasks such as aeration, seeding, and fertilization.
- Irrigate lawns and gardens effectively to promote healthy growth.
- Build and maintain garden beds, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed.
- Dig holes for planting or installation of landscaping features.
- Conduct regular inspections of lawns to identify issues such as pests or diseases and report findings to management.
- Maintain equipment in good working order through regular cleaning and basic mechanical upkeep.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in landscape maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in lawn care is essential.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
