Support with Real Estate research analysis.
- Develop and enhance detailed company specific and industry macro financial models.
- Maintain and develop sector specific databases and presentations.
- Analyze financial statements as well as company-specific information and industry-specific data and key performance indicators.
- Assist with writing research notes and sector reports.
- Analyze potential investment opportunities.
- Conduct research and due diligence in collaboration with advisors.
- Build financial models to assist in investment evaluation, structuring and financing.
- Actively participate in the investment process.
- Work with accounting and marketing departments to target key market trends and cultivate risk analysis’.
- Conduct stock market research
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Financial Statement analysis
- Ability to establish and set priorities
- Excellent computer skills

Education and Skills
- Bachelor degree required (major: Finance or Accounting).
- CFA, CGA, or CPA designations are a major plus
- Minimum 2 years experience at a financial services institution
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year

- Burlington, ON L7L 7H7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
