**Position: Business Process Consultant**
**MJB Technology Solutions is looking for a Business Process Consultant with following skills as part of our team**:
- Collaborate with the relevant partner teams and stakeholders to prioritize and implement solutions that lead to improved critical metrics
- Manage the priorities and risks of multi-faceted, large-scale projects that span across major organization frontline and internal facing business unit
- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members
- Design and implement ServiceNow Solutions
- As part of a broader Business Process Consultant, you will be able to work with many other ServiceNow professionals across the globe to provide input on setting standards and path forwards to collectively deliver global solutions
- Assist with the planning, strategy, and implementation of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Remote Position, Applicant anywhere in Canada is eligible
**Required skills**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Accreditations / Certifications in ServiceNow
- 4 years of hands-on development expertise and consulting experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM and Domain Separation
- 2 years of hands-on Telecom Service Industry
- Knowledge in IT Operations Management, Service Management, and ITIL foundation is critical, with the ability to relate concepts to implementation strategies
- Consultative skills for software service delivery to lead customers to improve their processes and organizational models
