**INTERIM HEAD COACH**

**Term: March 2025 - April 2026**

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:
1. Report to the Head of School, managing all aspects of hockey operations, including recruitment, program development, budgeting, and player advancement.

2. Oversee coaching staff, lead strategy, and support student-athletes' academic and athletic goals.

3. Develop scouting and recruitment network, assist players with NCAA, USPORTS, and elite-level placements.

4. Ensure adherence to Balmoral Hall’s policies, manage budgets, travel, and relationships with Hockey Canada and the CSSHL.

5. Serve as liaison for players, parents, coaches, and faculty, promote the program through media and events, and collaborate with faculty, students, parents, and external stakeholders.

**Education and Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of high-level coaching experience, strong leadership and communication skills, First Aid/CPR certification, class 4 license, and ability to travel within Canada and the USA.
