**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Floor Supervisor, located in Toronto, ON. The Floor Supervisor will oversee the daily operations on the restaurant floor, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience for guests. Responsibilities include managing staff, providing training and coaching, handling customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction. The Floor Supervisor will also coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.

**Qualifications**
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Training, Coaching, and Staff Management
- Sales skills and the ability to meet sales targets
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is a plus
- High school
- Required Smart Service License

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
