**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience through a customer first mindset to build loyal customer relationships
- Maintain seamless store operational procedures, maintain weekly workflow.
- Support merchandising presentation strategy and standards, lead and train staff as needed
- Uphold and lead by example with all policies and procedures
- Display a dedicated approach to motivate and support sales associates
- Onboard new hires while providing coaching to improve performance of existing associates
- Contribute and lead through training
- Maintain and manage a professional, healthy, and productive work environment
- Service clientele with outstanding respect and customer service
- Executing proper selling techniques, suggesting complementary merchandise, measuring for alterations, and above all being genuine & honest
- Ensuring overall store cleanliness and maintenance including change room duty, housekeeping, and merchandising
- Cultivating a welcoming and safe environment for customers and other staff members

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years Retail Experience required
- Experience working with sales or retail organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities
- Driven approach to take on new challenges with the self-motivation for your work and career
- Excellent communicator with a passion for people
- Knowledge of denim and brand awareness and a love of fashion
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
